OceanaGold Corporation (TSE:OGC) – Canadian stockbroking firm and investment bank Desjardins has forecast that OceanaGold Corporation (TSX & ASX: OGC) will post earnings in the first quarter of 2019 of C9 cents per share.
Desjardins retains a “hold” rating on the stock and has projected earnings for the second quarter of C8¢/share and a similar figure for the third quarter.
The broker said that in its last quarter update in October last year, OceanaGOld reported earnings of C4¢/share.
Other North American research analysts also recently issued reports on the gold miner.
National Bank Financial increased their target price on shares of OceanaGold from $C4.75 to $C5.25 and gave the company a “sector perform” rating. (at market close yesterday on the ASX, OceanaGold’s price was $A4.98.
Barclays iterated an “overweight” rating on shares of OceanaGold in a research note late last year.
